Decision, what you have not been told about them
Have you ever sat there trying to make a decision yet, you just can not.
If only I had more information, or the proverbial crystal ball, you think to yourself.
Many times when you avoid making a decision, it comes more from fear of making the wrong decision.
It has become an epidemic in many places and organizations. This fear closes the communication,
creates many challenges and generally come with a high price tag.
"But what if my decision cost me or the company?" the words I hear people say.
So they want to analyze everything moribund original choice.
Fear one may paralyze them into never succeed. However, it's ok to not get it right every time.
It is about learning and growth, just as you did as a child, it's ok.
I have looked organizations and the government to delay a decision until they have taken the time to hire a committee to research, analyze and carry data, even on small issues. I also have seen coming back to the committee, that the results are very convincing. So they rack of ideas and the opportunity has passed them.
Now I will absolutely not promote people reckless and choose blindly, but there needs to be a time where you stand and decide and let the chips fall where they may.
Let's see how the most successful entrepreneurs dealing with the decision. They make them. And they made them as quickly as possible, often without all the information in front of them. Through experience, they have learned to trust their instincts and have learned to communicate with themselves on the issues.
How do they get the experience?
Through decisions and learn from their mistakes. They often state that you need to "fall fast forward", learn what works and does not work, learn from mistakes and move forward.
While others are waiting until everything is perfect, they succeeded with a wealth of experience and understanding behind them.
Many successful companies only have their products and services out there and keep things along the way as they receive feedback from clients and customers.
There are other people with similar products are much higher quality, but they never succeed because they are waiting for everything to be right, while the decision makers cornered the market.
It is important to remember that decision, to make another decision. Once you decide something, it can cause you to make more informed decisions. To sum up, ask yourself these questions when checking to see if the visualization or any other method or tool is right for you. Do I feel good because I use a method or tool? What to do with the motivation of the mind? They help you take action. This not about positive thinking or motivating quotes. They have their place in shaping your attitudes and thinking. However, what motivates each of us is unique, so you need to have a mind of your own - the most effective in getting you going.
"In the middle of difficulty lies opportunity" - Albert Einstein
This is a quote worthy, and can help you see the positive side of the situation, but what if it just does not get you excited? Then you need to apply a bit of the brain to make your own idea. You have to make him think really the motivation for you.
Motivation your own mind
"Make your own" means experimenting with mind well until you find a way to use it in your own recipe for motivation. Suppose, for example, you are in a difficult situation and did not feel like dealing with it. You sit there, you are toying with the idea of the opportunities that come from adversity. Fortunately, you find interesting things you get out of your slump to think about yourself in the future, explaining to a friend how you turned a difficult situation to your advantage.
This is how you make your own mind motivation. Now, it may be more motivating if you imagine yourself being interviewed someday about how you cope with this difficult time. Mind that works for you is your mind to think.

6 ways to overcome shyness and gain confidence
Winning the war with shyness takes practice, but is definitely worth the effort as the result is increased confidence and self-esteem. 1. every morning, as soon as you wake up, get in front of the mirror and say loudly "I feel great! I feel great! I feel great!" 4. when you engage in a conversation for one, or with a larger group of people, letting them know that you're embarrassed. This prevents them from you and they are based far more likely to invite you into the conversation, rather than leave you just listen and hope that you can contribute.
Many people, including, I found it difficult to follow a conversation in a noisy place. If you are having trouble to say so and move so that you can hear. People appreciate honesty, and vulnerability and you will attract people who are more honest in your life as a result.
5. The rejection is a fact of life that everyone experiences. Very rarely you that is rejected. If you will be rejected, for example, if you ask someone for a date, remember that everyone has different likes and dislikes. You may be interested in one kind of people and not others. The same goes for other people and you may just not their type. That does not humiliate you in any way. Accept this and know that you will get over it. Never took it personally, and keep in mind that if people reject you it is because of their likes and dislikes and not because of who you are. You also have the right to reject others because of your likes and dislikes.
6. engage in activities that make you feel happy and good about yourself or start a hobby that gives you a feeling of relaxation. This could be anything from gardening to Tai Chi to Karate. 7 steps to solve (or create) custom
We all have habits, some good and some not so good. It is behavior that we learn and that happens almost automatically. And most of us have a habit we want to break, or the one that we want to develop.
For most people, it takes about four weeks for the new behaviors become routine, or habit. The following steps can make it easier to establish new patterns of behavior.
1. The first step is to set your goals. Especially when you try to stop or stop the habit, you should try to phrase your goal as a positive statement. For example, instead of saying "I will stop snacking at night", said "I'm going to practice healthy eating habits". You should also write down your goals. Doing this paper helps you to do. It can also help if you tell your goal to someone you trust.
2. Determine the replacement behavior. (If your goal is to develop new habits then the behavior of your successor will be a destination in itself.) This step is very important when you are trying to break the habit. If you want to stop the behavior, you must have a superior behavior to put in place. If you do not, the old patterns of behavior will be back.
3. Learn and become aware of your triggers. Behavior patterns do not exist independently. Often, the habit is associated with any other part of your routine. 4. Post reminders to yourself. You can do this by leaving yourself a note at the places where the behavior usually occurs. Or you can leave a message in the mirror, refrigerator, computer monitor or some other place where you will see it regularly. You can also have a family member or co-worker using a particular phrase to remind you of your goals.
5. get help and support from someone. It is rather obvious. Work easier with help. It works better if you can form a partnership with someone who shares the same goal.
6. Write affirmations every day. Write phrases or sentences in the present tense (as though it had happened), and wrote it ten times a day for twenty-one days. This process helps make your goal to be a part of your subconscious, which will not only remind you to practice new behaviors, but it also keeps you focused and motivated.
7. Reward yourself for making progress at set time intervals. Focus on your goals one day at a time, but give yourself a little treat in one, three and six months. Gifts do not have to be big or expensive, and you have to try to make something that is associated in some way with the goal. Doing this provides you with an extra incentive and motivation.
Following these steps do not necessarily guarantee success. Depending on this habit may take several tries to finally make the change. But if you stick with it, you can do it. Good luck.

Change will do you good
As the last rays of the tidal warmth of summer legs and gentle autumn breeze blowing themselves to us, we realized once again, that change is inevitable. Nature constantly changing and yet, so many people have the idea of frightening change.
People are creatures of habit and some difficult to adjust to the changes that are sure to come our way. Life is like a pair of old shoes, comfortable. We can realize that we need a new one and we may even find new ones we really like, but we know that the change would cause us discomfort for a while until we break them.
Sometimes we need to realize that life is not always easy. What might be good for us is not what we are used to, but it is definitely worth the trouble breaking new habits and lifestyle changes.
Change does not have painful. Just look at the nature and it will give you instructions on how change can be a business. Beautiful autumn leaf color does not persist in the old tree tightly. No, they produce changes easily and float gently from the tree.
With the arrival of autumn we have been busy in our gardens interesting old stuff and get ready for a break. We know that the land should rest and next year there will be things that are more beautiful in our garden to please us.
There are things in your life that need to gently decreases from your life? Perhaps there is a bad relationship or habits or thoughts that need to be weeded out of your life. Do not be afraid to do a little gardening in your own life.
Every gardener knows that unless we get to the root, we really did not get rid of the problem. That may go a while but unless we get at the root, it will slip back to the park is very fast.
Although the harvest here is no time to stop weeding the garden of our mind. This garden requires constant attention in order for us to grow and become all that we can. When negative thoughts in your mind, you should be ready and willing to replace those thoughts with positive ones. Just tell yourself, no, I'm not going to let the mind take over my mind, I'm going to think positive. Affirmations nice to have available so you can replace negative thoughts with positive one. It will not be easy, it will not be difficult either, this will only be different, like a new pair of shoes that we talked about earlier.

Big way to generate all the motivation you need to get fit
If you are having trouble motivated to stick to your fitness program ... or if you do not even got off the starting blocks yet, this article could change your life! Not really ... it would be too ambitious! But, there is a small device, inexpensive that can provide you with all the motivation you need to get out and start moving your body around a little more.
Pedometer, as it is known, can also make you want to do, and can even get you to enjoy doing it!
What...? Enjoy exercising ??? Surely some mistake?

1. So, what is a pedometer?
It is a small device, a compact which is used to measure the number of steps taken.
And, as well as measuring the number of steps taken when exercising in your local environment, it can also measure your steps while you use the stairs, mowing the lawn, or do some shopping.
2. How does it work?
It is small enough to clip to your belt and is equipped with a pendulum which measures one step each time your foot makes contact with the ground.
3. what cost?
Many pedometers have been given away for free as part of a campaign by local health authorities to get people to move their bodies more.
If you do not find such a campaign in your area, you can buy a pedometer with a reasonable number of features for as little as $ 20.
4. What exactly do?
You have to buy a model, at least, measures the number of steps taken, calories burned, distance run, pace you've walked and how long you have been routinely taken.
More expensive models may include any or all of the following additional features:
-a soothing voice to tell you how many steps have been taken
-Monitor pulse
-stopwatch
-radio and headphones so you can listen to your favorite radio station while out walking

In the theory of motivation to try it now
In theory a good motivation to be aware of the fact that we each get motivated differently. In the practice of neuro-linguistic programming or "NLP" is taken into account in many ways. One of the more useful NLP theory is the concept of "away-from" and "to" personality.
Of course, we each have two modes of operation as part of our way of functioning, but often dominant in each of us. People who dominate "towards" motivation will be affected by the thought of a future reward. Those with especially "leave-on" style of motivation, will be influenced by the thought of escaping pain or difficulty.
Why not use this test to get an idea of what style motivations dominate your personality? Just read the following two explanations for what has millions of dollars could mean for you.
1. You are safe and secure. You do not need to return to your job or do something you do not want to do. You have the means to eliminate most of your problems with ease. You have all you need for free and comfortable.
2. You have the home of your dreams, and your favorite car, too. You buy anything you want for you and your friends, and you do what you want. You have the means to achieve one of your goals.
If the first description is more appealing to you, you especially have a "leave-on" personality. If you feel more motivated with the second description, you have the personality "heading". There are good and bad points for both types. "Towards" individuals make good entrepreneurs, for example, but often get into trouble because they did not plan well enough to avoid problems. "Go-on" individual manage things well and avoid problems, but did not perform as well as great ideals.
So how do you use this in a theory of motivation and knowledge about yourself to your best advantage? Suppose you want to make more money and you are "against" people. You want to imagine the things you would buy and do with money, but also realize that you may be glossing over the problems. If you "foot-on" person, you have to constantly remind yourself what a mess it would be if you fail. Otherwise you will lose your motivation once you reach some level of comfort.
Of course, when you understand the motivation of these two styles, you also can affect other people more easily. If you want to sell a new car to someone, for example, you would first determine whether motivated of things or to things. For the former, you might explain how the new car will mean no more hassles of second-hand cars, or how it will make life easier. For the second, you will explain how they will look in it, or what to do.
You can play with this theory, and practice using this knowledge to influence others, but do not forget to affect yourself. While it is useful for understanding and influencing others, it is a theory of motivation that is best used to affect repairs yourself.

Minutes of accidental Attraction is better than none at all
Before I explain why a minute to deliberate Attraction is better than none at all, I would like to start by giving a definition of The Law of Attraction.
The legal definition of interest: I attract to myself, whatever I give my focus, attention, or energy; Whether wanted or unwanted.
It is important to understand that The Law of Attraction operates in every moment. Now, at this time, we each offer vibration and The Law of Attraction is matching vibrations and give us more than that; Are we offer free vibration accidentally or deliberately. As the definition says, whether wanted or unwanted, we attracted more than anything vibrations that we offer at any time. When it comes to vibration, whether or not they purposely offered, or offered free deliberate, and whether or not the vibration of interest to us something we want or not want, The Law of Attraction is still watching and operate in the same way --- at any time.
Ideally, we would want to be more deliberate offer-ers about the vibrations that we offer. When we become what we give our focus, attention, and energy to deliberate, we are practicing intentional Attraction! Here is an easy 4-phase cycle to help you understand why intentional Attraction is an important skill to practice.
Stage # 1: You observe what you are interesting in every moment of your life.
Stage # 2: While observing what you draw, you offer the vibration accordingly.
Stage # 3: Are offered intentionally or non-intentionally, at all times, The Law of Attraction check with your vibration.
Stage # 4: Law of Attraction then give you more of whatever you are offering vibrationally.
4-stages of this cycle continues over and over again, and again and again. This is how you embody more than whatever you give focus, attention, or energy for you.
Note the word 'attention' in our definition of The Law of Attraction. The more attention you give something intentional that you want, the faster it will manifest in your life. Imagine spending a minute intentionally put the focus, attention, and energy on the road you want something in your life. You fill minutes deliberately offer vibrations. Call vibration energy of The Law of Attraction to start taking place whatever you just give your attention.
Now that you understand, more clearly, the importance of being a deliberate bid-er of your vibration, not a deliberate attraction minutes is better than nothing at all? Remember, when you pay attention to what you want, you've included in your current vibration. And, when you pay attention to what you want, you've included in your current vibration. Law of Attraction does not make any distinction between the two.
Cover, at any time, including this time now, right now, right now, you are including both what you want and do not want in your vibration. The practice became more deliberate in your vibration and you will realize your desires more quickly. That is intentional Attraction is all about.

Action Plan for your success
You have finally made the decision that it is time to make some changes in your life. You know that the only way things will get better for you financially, spiritually and physically is if you sit up and take action. You know you have to submit an attempt to reap the benefits.
So how would you implement this change? You will have a "plan of action".
An action plan is important for your success. Without this plan is just a thought. When you add your opinion to the paper coupled with the desire to see them become a reality and continue to do everything possible to satisfy that desire you have a template for success.
Simple equation to use when making a plan of action of the template is: desire + effort = the result.
The first step is to write down what exactly it is you want. Despite the wealth, personal development, or whatever you so strongly yearn for that you simply can not do without, write it down. Make your desires realistic. For example, if you desire to lose £ 20, it is unrealistic to believe you can lose 20 pounds in 3 days. However, it is possible to lose £ 20 in 3 months to plan appropriate action. It is important to note that there should be a time frame associated with your plan. This time frame is a milestone to mark your achievement.
Now that you know what your specific wishes, a list of ways in which you plan to achieve optimal results. How to plan to lose £ 20 of this? What should I do each day to achieve my goal? What I myself need to do to see this plan to fruition?
Set up a schedule outlining each step that must be taken daily to achieve weekly goals. Be specific. Makes a daily "to do" list. At the end of the week, you will be able to see how much you are able to achieve. Congratulations to each accomplishment.
Make a commitment to yourself to "Work the plan". Stay focused on the positive. List all the reasons why you will be able to achieve your goal. Harnessing the power that you have that will help you to complete your plan.
Know your weaknesses and make the effort to defeat them. Combining the strengths and weaknesses in your plan of action. Know what you can afford and know what you are deficient.
Have your own personal reward system in place. Know what each reward will be for each accomplishment that you have fulfilled your entire plan. With every desired result you achieve there should be a reward for doing so. Incentive plan customized to your liking.
Do not let yourself get in discouraged. If you have a temporary lapse or deviation from the plan acknowledge it and continue to move forward with your plans. Keep the pedal to the metal or nose to grindstone, just continue to take action. Remember, this is not a race to the finish line. Your plan is your future. Take time to nurture and understand it.

Set up a schedule outlining each step that must be taken daily to achieve weekly goals. Be specific. Makes a daily "to do" list. At the end of the week, you will be able to see how much you are able to achieve. Congratulations to each accomplishment.
Make a commitment to yourself to "Work the plan". Stay focused on the positive. List all the reasons why you will be able to achieve your goal. Harnessing the power that you have that will help you to complete your plan.
Know your weaknesses and make the effort to defeat them. Combining the strengths and weaknesses in your plan of action. Know what you can afford and know what you are deficient.
Have your own personal reward system in place. Know what each reward will be for each accomplishment that you have fulfilled your entire plan. With every desired result you achieve there should be a reward for doing so. Incentive plan customized to your liking.
Do not let yourself get in discouraged. If you have a temporary lapse or deviation from the plan acknowledge it and continue to move forward with your plans. Keep the pedal to the metal or nose to grindstone, just continue to take action. Remember, this is not a race to the finish line. Your plan is your future. Take time to nurture and understand it.
We've all heard the saying "Rome was not built in a day". Your success regarding your plan of action will not be accomplished in one day either. Success is a process and the process is something you have a long-term plan for.
"You and only you can determine whether the prize is worth the price you pay for that effort".

A short guide to quitting smoking
If you are a long smoker and want to quit smoking, the following guidelines may be used to stop the habit. Cigarettes have long-term health hazards, as reported in news clips and reports. Habit but a personal decision, and it all depends on how determined people, and the level of abstinence may be practiced in order to quit smoking.
People take up smoking for various reasons. This could be the sheer beauty of the smoke, join a group, beat stress, soothes and calms the nerves, and so on. The reason for the stop which is generally related health.
There does not seem to be a trick to stop the habit. It's easy to fall back and start again. Maybe slow and steady approach can do the trick more severe when the method has failed.
Here are a few words to guide and reaffirm your commitment to quit smoking if you want to do:
1. if you still fail, have faith in yourself. You can do it, if someone else has done it before.
2. it is important to remind yourself of the reasons you want to quit smoking. Write it down and read it regularly.

Unlimited opportunities world
Many people feel that there is a limited amount of abundance, wealth, or provide an opportunity to succeed in life. In addition, there is a strong belief that if a person succeeds, another must fail.
This may be true, in some cases, such as in a small company or a school, where opportunity is limited by management. However, the world is a big place, and there are opportunities created from ideas that help people, and no one was hurt in the process.
Here are two examples of success that does not take anything from anyone:
Danny Thomas: By appointment, prayer, and vision for the hospital St. Jude, he received help from friends in the Arab-American community to build a fantastic charity. Some of us also believe he received divine help-I know I did.
There is much more to this story, but what did this hospital or charity take away from anyone? Are not the children who recover from cancer living proof that this idea, and prosperity, for the benefit of purely human? No one was hurt by this, and Marlo Thomas has picked up where his father's offer to leave.
Yoga teachers: Many unfulfilled members of the workforce have left their jobs to teach the benefits of Yoga to the masses. They teach their students to enjoy life, coping with stress, breathe properly, improve their posture, aware of their bodies, and many more benefits.
Most Yoga teachers believe that all the great work of Yoga in the health club, Brahmins, and Studio Yoga. Not so, in my book "How to grow your own successful business Yoga", I mention 16 ways to get started with little or no overhead.
In the first chapter, there is a chance that the current teaching of yoga there is little or no competition. Yoga teachers who have taken this advice has become a successful and prosperous.
Does this work taking food from anyone? When a person starts a business, whether they take the food from other competitors? If you believe your competition your problem, it will be. This is limited thinking, and you must learn to think "outside the box" in order to succeed in life.
Do not waste time on bad thoughts. You can easily coexist in harmony with them, become friends, and learn from them. There are quite a lot of opportunities for everyone. This should be your mantra: observe your competition, learn from their mistakes, and if possible, copy their success.
This is why you need to take a mandatory vacation and get fresh ideas. This is why you should take a notebook with you. I still prefer the "old fashioned," spiral bound notebook, with a pen in hand.
Everyone has a niche, make sure you cultivate yours, and develop your own identity, in life. Always remember, the sky is the limit, and you are only limited by your own mind.

Advantages of being confident
Almost all the success and achievement in life comes from your ability to feel certain that you can achieve what you set out to achieve. Confidence is the gateway to success; for the life you want to lead, and dreams that you desire to live.
With confidence you can brave the progress of ambition and aspiration. With confidence you can rise up and deal with the demands and challenges of life. You can overcome all obstacles and impediments, and move on to the next step of your journey to fulfillment and accomplishment.
One of the principle requirements for whatever you want to do in your life is trust. Belief is an integral part of the development, improvement, progress and success, both on a personal and professional level. With confidence you can forge ahead to fulfill your potential and perform at your peak level.
Having a belief is the core that allows you to reach your true potential in any situation; in your relationships, your job or career, your finances and your self-image.
When you have a lack of confidence, it can stop you from fighting for what you want. A feeling of lack of confidence may be at the root of many of the complications and difficulties that block you from achieving your desires. This could be such a big thorn that constantly bubble burst desire.
There may be times when you feel the level of confidence when you are involved in activities that you are good at; such as driving a car, become a parent, or manage your team. At times when you will have shown a high degree of certainty, which is a form of trust.
However, there may be other situations where you find that you feel less confident. On this occasion, you will reach a fraction of what is actually possible for you. With determination and focus to pursue and gain confidence, you can develop the strength and fortitude to climb out of the depths of circumstances, and taking advantage of opportunities and successes that lay in front of you.
In the same way that you have learned to lack of confidence, you can also learn to have unlimited confidence. And the easiest and quickest way to start the engine of your brain, is to know and accept that trust can be a process that is obtained; can learn and formatted in accordance with all the moments.
As your confidence increases, you can take a front row seat in the control of many areas of your life. You will find that you become more and more comfortable and confident in several areas, including:
• Move forward in your career
• Starting your own business
• Embracing the risks of everyday life
• Refuse to being held back by fear
• Creating a state rather than waiting for them
• Smile more and enjoy life

People who are successful and dynamic has gained mastery on how to feel brave and confident. As you develop and build confidence in your own skills, you, too, will feel and be a different person. You will feel much more energized, motivated and determined in every aspect of your life.

Allowing time for germination
There is a concept in coaching called seed implantation. That means that it takes time for new ideas and suggestions to be embraced. There are clients who take hold of new ideas and run with it, some take a little more time to allow the idea to grow while others may take years before the idea of bean sprouts. Still some clients will never catch the idea. It would just lie on. It really does not matter what a client with ideas. The goal is to plant the seed and the client can do with what they will. Sometimes an idea just needs time to germinate.
A counselor once told me that to make a decision is a decision. He said not to choose is a choice. I thought he was nuts and continue with my life. It was five years later, when I was in the middle of a situation where I was to avoid a decision that his words hit me like a ton of bricks. I actually said loudly, "I got it." It took many years for the seed to germinate in my mind until one day he grew and grew into a concept that I understand. I'm finally ready to get it. I could not hear it before, but with time, I have evolved sufficiently so that the concept makes sense. New ideas can take time to get used to. When we first heard the idea we might not be ready for it. It was fine. When you are ready the idea will grow and grow and be there for you.
The flip side of this is not to force your ideas and suggestions to others. By all means share them, but stop there. Planting seeds is not an aggressive act; This gentle and done with love and affection. All you can do is plant the idea. What happens is the individual and what they are willing to hear at that moment. Ideas can grow straight or require years. That is not your concern. Your task is to plant the seed and move on.
Everyone is at a different place in their lives. Sometimes you will understand new ideas quickly and may even take action on it at the time. At other times, it will take a long time. Do not blame yourself when you do not get something right away. It just means the idea is germinating. When you are ready the idea will grow and grow and be there to support you. Until then do not worry about it and go with ideas that you are ready. There will be many seed ideas that grow at a certain time to keep you busy.

Attitude of gratitude
Well, it is thanks again for Canada, and here in Germany we have celebrated our Erntedankfest, but Anytime of the year is a good time to practice an attitude of gratitude.
William James said, "The greatest discovery of my generation is that human beings can alter their lives by altering their attitudes of mind."
So many times people become dissatisfied with their lives and the environment and Is it any wonder? There is a whole industry set up to make us feel inadequate. We were quite thin, or not rich enough, or not enough hip because we did not buy the newest products on the market. Message rings loud and clear: we are not good enough! ,
How many times Do you find yourself saying, "If only ___ then I can be happy" the problem is that if we get caught up in thinking we will be happy because there was always something more we will think we need to complete our lives.
Paul Reid said, "Poverty is a state of mind that is often caused by a neighbor's new car" in other words, when we see friends and neighbors to get things, we often feel bad because we can not afford this luxury. However, in reality we are not poor, we just thought we were poor. This state of mind is purely relative to whom you compare yourself. If you were to change your thinking and see the homeless, then you will realize how truly rich you are. You have a roof over your head and food on the table. Okay, so maybe it's not your dream home and you may eat butter and caviar, but you sheltered and fed. Believe it or not, some people do not even have the basics of this.
Most people do not realize the benefits of gratitude. When we sit down and think about all the things we want, but we do not have to make ourselves into a downward spiral of disappointment and negative thinking that can lead to work too hard, and depression. Gratitude, on the other hand, raised our spirits and gave us a clear focus on life as it is. We will be satisfied with what we have and therefore our attitude would bring us the spirit of peace and contentment.
You may say to yourself, but I do not have much! If so grateful for the little things that you have. Do you have a roof over your head? Are you someone who loves you? Are you someone you love? Do you have food on your table? Do you have your health? Do you have a job? You have a pillow to sleep? ... Blanket to keep warm? Do you have a sanity? These are small things but even the smallest things we can be grateful.
Someone once said, "If you have all the things you want, at least be thankful for the things that you do not have that you do not want to."
There is always something we can find to be grateful for.
I know this sounds simple, I know that there are always things that many of us really need ... but if we begin to change our attitudes and develop an attitude of gratitude then we will be in a better position to allow our positive thoughts to direct us to the way in which we can achieve more.
Gratitude is the first step in achieving the things you want to accomplish in life. Viki king said, "you will not be happy with more until you're happy with what you got."
Let us make every effort to get rid of the negative thoughts that hinder our journey of life and learn to develop positive thoughts that will help us achieve our goals.
Do not wait until Thanksgiving rolls around each year to give thanks. Make it a point to develop in everyday life attitude of gratitude.

How great is the strength of your belief?
Be careful what you believe because that is what you will experience. Belief system is a mechanism that is uniquely yours. It is powered by your desire and controlled by your thoughts and actions. In other words, your success is measured by the strength of your convictions.
What is it you want? Often people do not have a clue what they want, they just know what they do not want. Now is a good time to evaluate your goals and determine the end result you want to achieve. Put your goals in writing and place them where you can see them throughout the day. Read them frequently to keep them fresh in your mind.
• Be curious. Research and learn as much as you can on how you can achieve your goal. Using all the resources such as books, CDs, courses and people. Yes, people. Talk to as many people as possible who are already successful in what you want to achieve. Ask, ask and ask again about what they are doing to achieve success. Does not restrict only those contacts you already know. Introduce yourself by phone or email, to explain your purpose for contacting them and asking for a tip. The worst thing that can happen is that they ignore you. The best thing that can happen is that they become your mentor and offer support and encouragement. Chances are you will receive at least one tip of many people you contact. This method is the most expensive and the most valuable.
• Be unique. Next, take the ideas you learn, decorate them and come up with your own creative process. Think of ways you can approach your goal in a way that no one else has. Dare to be different. Do not be afraid to take risks. What do you have to loose? Write a list showing the worst thing that could happen and then list all the best result possible. Always keep your concentration on your desired outcome.
• Be better than your competitor. When you were a child and see the brothers over your parents or friends who ride a bike (without training wheels), you do not see them scraped knees and elbows and said, "Wow, I could get hurt doing it." Instead, you begged to try it for yourself. With a lot of practice and often pain, you gradually learn how to keep your balance. Before long you were trying to "out do" your friends with your speed or fancy tricks. When you fall, you'll go back and try again with greater determination. The first attempt, you believe in your own mind that if you return, you will eventually learn to ride. I bet you even know in your mind will be the best in the neighborhood, at school, in the state, in the world!
• Be positive. If you see obstacles before you, then you will only see problems. If you have doubts that your plan will not work, then this is not going to work. If you are affected by the power of negative people, then you will not be better than them. Believe in yourself and what you will be able to achieve.
When your desire to succeed is stronger than the pain, fear, or frustration fail, there is no turning back. I challenge you to look at your goals as you do when you were a child before you learn about self doubt and negative criticism. Remember, everything is possible as long as you believe. The first attempt, you believe in your own mind that if you return, you will eventually learn to ride. I bet you even know in your mind will be the best in the neighborhood, at school, in the state, in the world!
• Be positive. If you see obstacles before you, then you will only see problems. If you have doubts that your plan will not work, then this is not going to work. If you are affected by the power of negative people, then you will not be better than them. Believe in yourself and what you will be able to achieve.
When your desire to succeed is stronger than the pain, fear, or frustration fail, there is no turning back. I challenge you to look at your goals as you do when you were a child before you learn about self doubt and negative criticism. Remember, everything is possible as long as you believe. Make a commitment that you will not let anything or anyone, including you stand in your way to reach your destination.
