We can realize that we need a new one and we may even find new ones we really like, but we know that the change would cause us discomfort for a while until we break them.

Sometimes we need to realize that life is not always easy. What might be good for us is not what we are used to, but it is definitely worth the trouble breaking new habits and lifestyle changes.

Change does not have painful. Just look at the nature and it will give you instructions on how change can be a business. Beautiful autumn leaf color does not persist in the old tree tightly. No, they produce changes easily and float gently from the tree.

With the arrival of autumn we have been busy in our gardens interesting old stuff and get ready for a break. We know that the land should rest and next year there will be things that are more beautiful in our garden to please us.
